Bobcat DEF DELETE KIT

Kubota V3800CR-TIEF4

Bobcat DPF and DEF (SCR) delete kit – this device is designed for engines equipped with both Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF/SCR).

Installation of our Bobcat DEF delete kit is fully plug and play. It requires disconnecting the sensors and replacing them with a harness of the emulator. Post installation there will no longer be needed to refill diesel exhaust fluid and our device will indicate on the dash that the tank is full.

All parts related to SCR/DEF and DPF can be safely removed from the machine after installing the Bobcat DPF and DEF delete kit. Models that can be equipped with DEF are Bobcats with V3800 Kubota engine for example Bobcat T870 skid steer.

Kubota DPF emulator

Bobcat DPF Delete Kit

Bobcat DPF Delete Kit – this version of the emulator is designed for engines equipped with just the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) without DEF/SCR system.

Fast installation is possible thanks to the plug and play technology. Our device is not a reprogramming solution which means that in order to return the machine to stock you need to just disconnect the device. After installing the Bobcat DPF delete kit it is important to make room for the fumes to escape so either replace the filter with a straight pipe or hollow it out.

Bobcat DPF delete kit will let you forget about regen and DPF cleaning. This emulator will fit Bobcat machines with Kubota or Yanmar engines like Bobcat E85 excavator or Bobcat T595 skid steer.

Frequently asked questions

How does the emulator installation and DPF removal work?

Installation of the device is non-invasive, this is achieved thanks to the original plugs that the emulator is equipped with. The plugs match the ones from the machine. Mack DPF filter removal with the help of our emulator is fully safe to the engine and does not require any interference with the engine controller whatsoever. After installing the device, the diesel particulate filter must be removed.

How does the installation of the emulator and removal of DPF and SCR work?

Similarly to the installation in machines with just the DPF the emulator must be connected using the plugs which the device is equipped with. Then disconnect the DEF pump controller and disconnect the nitrogen oxide sensors. Connect the emulators plug in the place of one of the NOx sensors, A detailed manual with a complete description of service steps is included in each order.

How does DPF regeneration work after filter removal?

The emulator simulates the operation of an efficiently working emission reduction system. The engine controller does not activate DPF regeneration because the signals generated by the emulator reports that the diesel particulate filter is in perfect condition.

Should I continue to add DEF (AdBlue) fluid?

No. The DEF/SCR pump no longer pumps the fluid. Refilling it is not necessary.

My machine has been diagnosed with a defective temparature sensor. Can I install this product?

Yes! Any sensor that monitor the operation of the DPF system becomes obsolete after installing the device, so the sensors can remain damaged or be removed completely.

Frequently asked questions

How does the emulator installation and DPF removal work?

Installation of the device is non-invasive, this is achieved thanks to the original plugs that the emulator is equipped with. The plugs match the ones from the machine. Liebherr DPF filter removal with the help of our emulator is fully safe to the engine and does not require any interference with the engine controller whatsoever.

My machine has been diagnosed with a defective temparature sensor. Can I install this product?

Yes! Any sensor that monitor the operation of the DPF system becomes obsolete after installing the device, so the sensors can remain damaged or be removed completely.

DPF & SCR Emulator for Renault Master, Opel Movano, Nissan Navara, Nissan NV400 with SID321 Engine Control Unit.

DPF & SCR SID321 Emulator

DPF & SCR SID321 Emulator for Renault Master, Opel Movano, Nissan Navara, Nissan NV400 with SID321 Engine Control Unit.

A solution dedicated to CONTINENTAL SID 321 engine controllers. Currently, there is no possibility of successfully reprogramming this controller, which means that the removal of SCR or DPF system through software modification is impossible. In response to this problem stands our SID321 SCR/AdBlue emulator and SID321 DPF emulator. The emulator sends information to the engine controller about the correct operation of the exhaust system, so the controller does not put the engine into power limitation mode, and no errors are displayed.

IMPORTANT!

Our emulator is connected to the emission communication line and sends the ECU only the INFORMATION about the correct operation of the SCR system

The operation of the device is not based on continuous error clearing!

This is a very important issue, as a solution operating on the principle of continuous error clearing makes our car difficult or near impossible to diagnose, as it has to constantly delete all errors, including those on which the safety of engine (or passengers e.g. Airbags) operation depends (e.g. oil pressure, turbocharger temperature, etc.).

SID321 DPF AND SCR/ADBLUE DELETE KIT

Below you will find basic 4DPF offer of SID321 DPF Emulators.

SID321 SCR Emulator

SID321 SCR Emulator

This small electronic device connected to the communication line of the emission reduction system (CANBUS) using the original plug, in place of the nitrogen oxide sensor the NOx sensor. SID321 Emulator allows full emulation of this system.

During computer diagnostics, you can observe the operating parameters of the AdBlue dosing system exactly the same as in an efficient system.

Installation of the emulator comes down to unplugging the sensors: NOx, smoke, SCR pump and connecting the plug from the emulator in place of the second NOx sensor. After this process, depending on whether the power of the vehicle is already limited or even in limp mode, it is necessary to delete the errors and in some cases (like limp mode) to perform a reset of the saved state of operation of the SCR system. In cars where the power limitation has not yet occurred, the emulator can be installed without the SCR system adaptation.

The SID321 Emulator is waterproof, this means it can be safely mounted under the car’s body.

SID321 DPF Emulator

SID321 DPF Emulator

This device is the first DPF emulator for engines with SID321 Controller. The installation process is based solely on Plug and Play technology and no soldering, splicing or cutting of wires is required in the installation process. SID321 DPF Emulator is completely waterproof and can be safely secured underneath the car.

The installation process consists of disconnecting the mass airflow sensor, differential pressure sensor and the temperature sensor and connecting the plugs from the emulator’s harness in their place. Our SID321 DPF Emulator fully emulates all components of the DPF system. It emits exactly the same signals as a fully functioning Particulate Filter (DPF). No reprogramming or computer is necessary in the installation process. Emulator is SID321 DPF emulator fits Renault Master, Opel Movano, Nissan Navara and Nissan NV400.

Frequently asked questions

How does the emulator installation and DPF removal work?

Installation of the SID321 Emulator is non-invasive, this is achieved thanks to the original plugs that the emulator is equipped with. The plugs match the ones from the machine. SID321 DPF filter removal with the help of our SID321 emulator is fully safe to the engine and does not require any interference with the engine controller whatsoever. After installing the device, the diesel particulate filter must be removed.

How does the installation of the emulator and removal of DPF and SCR work?

Similarly to the installation in machines with just the DPF the SID321 emulator must be connected using the plugs which the device is equipped with.

The engine controller does not activate DPF regeneration because the signals generated by the SID321 Emulator reports that the diesel particulate filter is in perfect condition.

JCB/Kohler DPF Delete Kit

JCB/Kohler DPF Delete Kit

JCB/Kohler DPF delete kit installation involves connecting the emulator using the plugs with which the electrical harness of the unit is equipped. The DPF filter removal is the next step, after installing the device the DPF filter must then be hollowed out or replaced by a straight pipe. The solution eliminates the failure of such exhaust system components as:

Catalyst / DPF temperature sensors
Diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor
Clogged DPF filter
DPF filter regeneration

Once the Diesel Particulate Filter has been removed, the engine reclaims power lost to the emission reduction control system. Particulate filter regenerations cease to be a nuisance for the user. There is no need for afterburning the diesel particulate filter at a standstill, and fuel consuming filter regeneration is no longer an issue.
