Deutz Delete Kit – Newest product in the offer Deutz DPF Delete Kit (also Deutz DEF Delete Kit) is by far the best way to safely cancel emission system in machines equipped with Deutz engines. Deutz engines emulator will allow for seamless deactivation of DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) and DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) also called SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system. The installation process consists of disconnecting the sensors on the engine and replacing them with the plugs from the emulator’s harness.

This method of installation ensures that the Deutz DPF Delete is fully reversible and machine can be returned back to stock with ease by simply disconnecting the device. No more DPF regen and DEF issues.

The installation of Deutz DPF Delete Kit does not require computer and no reprogramming takes place. You don’t have to send us your ECU (Engine Control Unit) or make any changes to the engine’s original software. Deutz DPF+SCR/DEF Delete Kit – This version of Deutz DEF Delete Kit is meant for Deutz engines equipped with both DPF and SCR/DEF system. The installation involve disconnecting 9 sensors and connecting the device in place of the sensors. The plugs match the ones on the machine making the installation fully plug and play.

That includes disconnecting three temperature sensors, two on the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and one on the DEF side (SCR). Other sensors in need of disconnecting are the DEF injector plug, 2 differential pressure sensors 2 CANBUS connectors, one is the diagnostic port and the other the NOx (nitrogen oxide) sensor, and the DEF pump plug.

Both NOx sensors need to be disconnected however the device is plugged into either one of those. After disconnecting the sensors Deutz DEF Delete Kit needs to be connected in place of the sensors which will allow the device to digitally replace both DPF and DEF systems, thus replacing the physical emission systems with a virtual bypass.

The machine can always be safely returned back to stock simply by disconnecting the sensors. The installation in plug and play technology ensures safe and non-invasive installation that’s fully reversible. After installing the DPF/DEF Deutz Delete Kit you can forget about DPF issues and refilling DEF. You can drain the tank completely and Deutz Delete Kit will indicate on the dashboard that you still have DEF in the tank.

Deutz DPF Delete Kit – This variant of Deutz DPF Delete is intended for Deutz engines equipped with Particulate Filter (DPF) but not yet equipped with SCR/DEF system. The installation of Deutz DPF Delete Kit is even simpler than the installation of Deutz DEF Delete kit. The reason is that much of the connections that need to be made on the Deutz DEF Delete does not exist in the DPF only iteration of Deutz engine. This means that Deutz DPF Delete Kit installation involves not 9 but only 4 connectors.

Installation of Deutz DPF Delete Kit include disconnecting two temperature sensors, one differential pressure sensor and the CANBUS diagnostic port. After the sensors are disconnected it is required to connect the Deutz emulator in their place.

The plugs from the harness match the plugs from the machine making the installation fully plug and play. After the installation you can forget about the DPF regeneration, costly filter cleaning and sensor replacement. Choose the 4DPF Deutz DPF Delete Kit and enjoy your Deutz engine emission free.
