Bobcat dpf delete kit – DPF BYPASS KIT

DPF Emulator

Straight Pipe

Complete DPF delete kit for bOBCAT WITH kUBOTA ENGINES
If your Bobcat is equipped with Kubota engine like for example Bobcat T870 skid steer, we have a special offer for that engine. Complete Bobcat DPF Delete Kit consists of a Straight Pipe for physical filter replacement and the DPF Emulator.
The DPF emulator will digitally replace the DPF and the straight pipe will physically replace the DPF filter. With this kit you can forget about emision related problems knowing that you can always return the machine back to stock with ease.
If your machine is equipped with both DPF and DEF our device will also emulate the quality and level of the fluid on the dash while you can physically drain the fluid from the tank.
Contact us to enquire about compatibility with your machine.
- Straight Pipe Supported Engines: D1803, V2403, V2607, V3307, V3800, V6108

Bobcat dpf DELETE KIT – DPF BYPASS KIT
Below you will find basic 4DPF offer of Bobcat DPF Emulators.

Bobcat DPF DELETE KIT
dpf delete kit for YANMAR engineS
Bobcat DPF Delete Kit – this device is designed for engines equipped with Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and without Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF/SCR).
Installation of our Bobcat DPF delete kit is fully plug and play.
It requires disconnecting the sensors and replacing them with a harness of the emulator. After the installation all the signals will be virtually replaced, and that will allow you to physically remove the DPF filter.
There is no need to replace any faulty sensors, or components, as all parts related to the DPF system can be safely removed from the machine after installing the Bobcat DPF Delete Kit for Yanmar engine.
Models that can be equipped with DPF are Bobcats with Yanmar 4TNV and 3TNV engine models for example Bobcat E85, and E55W excavators.

Bobcat def DELETE KIT – DeF BYPASS KIT
Below you will find basic 4DPF offer of Bobcat DPF Emulators.

Bobcat DEF Delete Kit
DEF Delete Kit for Doosan D34 EngineS
Bobcat DEF Delete Kit for Doosan D34 engines is designed to permanently eliminate common emission system failures, including DPF clogging, SCR (DEF) system faults, and DPF and SCR related error codes.
This solution is ideal for operators experiencing issues such as frequent DPF regeneration, Bobcat DEF system problems, or Doosan engine derate caused by emission control restrictions.
This DPF and DEF Delete Kit for Bobcat powered by Doosan D34 allows full deactivation of the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) systems.
Installation is fully plug and play and does not require ECU reprogramming.
The process involves disconnecting the factory DPF and SCR sensors and installing the emulator instead.
Once installed, the system no longer requires DEF fluid refills, and dashboard warnings such as “low DEF” “SCR error” or “engine derate” are permanently eliminated.
This Bobcat DEF Delete Kit for Doosan D34 is commonly used in machines suffering from:
– Bobcat DEF system failure or DEF dosing issues
– DPF clogging and frequent regeneration problems
– SCR sensor faults and NOx sensor errors
– Engine power loss or limp mode (engine derate)
– High maintenance costs related to emissions systems

The action took place at the machine that was throwing DPF and EGR codes. The owner first decided for chemical DPF filter cleaning. Fuel addiactives and others chemicals are designed to disolve and soften the soot acumulated inside the filter. This solution of viscous and hihgly flamable material tends to damage the filter when ignited durring the regeneration. This can cause the DPF filter’s temperature exceed 1100° Celcious/2012° Fahrenheit, damaging the filter without any visible markings. The next thing they did was to pressure wash the DPF filter and this caused mechanical damage. Ceramic particles went deep into the filter. This results in codes such as P1410 – EGR valve high temperature thermistor error i P1426 DPF intermediate temperature sensor fault.
All the codes went away with the emulator installed and DPF filter replaced with the straight pipe.
Machine started working again. No more errors appeared, and the machine did not go into limp mode. After installing the delete kit, it resumed operation.
BOBCAT T770 DEF DELETE KIT PLUG-AND-PLAY INSTALLATION IN DOOSAN D34 ENGINE
Customers who want to avoid DPF-related problems before purchasing a machine often look for models equipped only with an SCR system. Bobcat skid steers manufactured after 2017 with Doosan engines meet this demand. Unfortunately, the DEF/SCR system is not free from faults that can bring the machine to a standstill.
The customer’s Bobcat T770 was producing excessive smoke during operation. The DEF/SCR system was not spraying DEF fluid correctly. When DEF comes into contact with high-temperature exhaust gases, it evaporates. Improper dosing can lead to DEF crystallization and deposits forming on the mixer, which may also begin to smoke.
Possible fault codes displayed on the dashboard include P206C – DEF Quality Sensor Fault, P203D – DEF Level Sensor Fault, and P2049 – DEF Dosing Valve Open Circuit.
The issue can be repaired by replacing the DEF injector and the complete DEF heater assembly, which contains the DEF level and quality sensors. Alternatively, the entire system can be bypassed using an emulator, protecting the machine from recurring DEF/SCR-related failures.

Frequently asked questions
How does the emulator installation and DPF removal work?
Installation of the device is non-invasive, this is achieved thanks to the original plugs that the emulator is equipped with. The plugs match the ones from the machine. Bobcat DPF filter removal with the help of our emulator is fully safe to the engine and does not require any interference with the engine controller whatsoever. After installing the device, the diesel particulate filter must be removed.
How does the installation of the emulator and removal of DPF and SCR work?
Similarly to the installation in machines with just the DPF the emulator must be connected using the plugs which the device is equipped with. Then disconnect the DEF pump controller and disconnect the nitrogen oxide sensors. Connect the emulators plug in the place of one of the NOx sensors, A detailed manual with a complete description of service steps is included in each order.
How does DPF regeneration work after filter removal?
The emulator simulates the operation of an efficiently working emission reduction system. The engine controller does not activate DPF regeneration because the signals generated by the Bobcat DPF Delete Kit reports that the diesel particulate filter is in perfect condition.
Should I continue to add DEF (AdBlue) fluid?
No. The DEF/SCR pump no longer pumps the fluid. Refilling it is not necessary. Bobcat DPF Delete kit will emulate the level of the fluid.
My machine has been diagnosed with a defective temparature sensor. Can I install this product?
Yes! Any sensor that monitor the operation of the DPF system becomes obsolete after installing the device, so the sensors can remain damaged or be removed completely.
Our Bobcat DPF Delete Kit simulates the whole system digitally, erasing related exhaust system error codes such as: E9006, E9214, E9001.
