JCB/Kohler DPF Delete Kit

JCB Kohler DPF Emulator

JCB/Kohler DPF Delete Kit

Our solution is a virtual replacement part of the diesel particulate filter. Plug and Play installation was achieved by using the original plugs that match the ones on the machine. JCB/Kohler DPF Delete Kit is available for Kohler engines that meet the STAGE V emission standard.

The plug and play technology with the use of original connectors allow a fast and effortless installation. After the installation of our JCB/Kohler DPF Delete Kit all sensors and elements of the Particulate Filter DPF system will be emulated digitally which means that it is safe to remove them from the machine.

Below you will find basic 4DPF offer of JCB/Kohler DPF Emulators.

JCB/Kohler DPF Delete Kit

JCB/Kohler DPF Delete Kit

JCB/Kohler DPF delete kit installation involves connecting the emulator using the plugs with which the electrical harness of the unit is equipped. The DPF filter removal is the next step, after installing the device the DPF filter must then be hollowed out or replaced by a straight pipe. The solution eliminates the failure of such exhaust system components as:

Catalyst / DPF temperature sensors
Diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor
Clogged DPF filter
DPF filter regeneration

Once the Diesel Particulate Filter has been removed, the engine reclaims power lost to the emission reduction control system. Particulate filter regenerations cease to be a nuisance for the user. There is no need for afterburning the diesel particulate filter at a standstill, and fuel consuming filter regeneration is no longer an issue.

Frequently asked questions

How does the emulator installation and DPF removal work?

Installation of the device is non-invasive, this is achieved thanks to the original plugs that the emulator is equipped with. The plugs match the ones from the machine. JCB/Kohler DPF filter removal with the help of our emulator is fully safe to the engine and does not require any interference with the engine controller whatsoever. After installing the device, the diesel particulate filter must be removed.

How does the installation of the emulator and removal of DPF and SCR work?

Similarly to the installation in machines with just the DPF the emulator must be connected using the plugs which the device is equipped with. Then disconnect the DEF pump controller and disconnect the nitrogen oxide sensors. Connect the emulators plug in the place of one of the NOx sensors, A detailed manual with a complete description of service steps is included in each order.

How does DPF regeneration work after filter removal?

The emulator simulates the operation of an efficiently working emission reduction system. The engine controller does not activate DPF regeneration because the signals generated by the emulator reports that the diesel particulate filter is in perfect condition.

My machine has been diagnosed with a defective temparature sensor. Can I install this product?

Yes! Any sensor that monitor the operation of the DPF system becomes obsolete after installing the device, so the sensors can remain damaged or be removed completely.

Frequently asked questions

How does the emulator installation and DPF removal work?

Installation of the device is non-invasive, this is achieved thanks to the original plugs that the emulator is equipped with. The plugs match the ones from the machine. Mercedes DEF filter removal with the help of our emulator is fully safe to the engine and does not require any interference with the engine controller whatsoever.

Should I continue to add DEF (AdBlue) fluid?

No. The DEF/SCR pump no longer pumps the fluid. Refilling it is not necessary.

My machine has been diagnosed with a defective temparature sensor. Can I install this product?

Yes! Any sensor that monitor the operation of the DPF system becomes obsolete after installing the device, so the sensors can remain damaged or be removed completely.

Volvo VNL Delete Kit

Volvo VNL DPF Delete Kit
DEF+SCR Delete Kit for Volvo

Volvo VNL Delete Kit

Our Volvo VNL Delete Kit is the easiest way to delete emission in your Volvo Trucks.
The kit consists of one plug device that has to be installed instead of the aftertreatment control module (ACM), this means that the entire installation process consists of plugging in our device which allows a quick and hassle-free installation. Our Volvo VNL Delete Kit fully emulates both the particulate filter (DPF) and the SCR/DEF tank (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) system.

After the installation of our Volvo Trucks Delete Kit, it is no longer required to add DEF fluid. You can drain the fluid from the tank and our device will still indicate fluid level on the dashboard. Faulty sensors are not an issue as well, our Volvo Trucks DEF Delete Kit fully emulates all the emission sensors, making them obsolete after the installation. Choosing our Trucks DEF Delete and Trucks DPF delete is a quick and easy way to forget about DPF cleaning and Diesel Exhaust Fluid forever. No reprogramming, no computer needed, quick and safe installation.

Supported engines: Volvo VNL D13TC, Volvo VNL D13, Volvo VNL D11, Volvo VNL D16

Frequently asked questions

How does the emulator installation and DPF removal work?

Installation of the Volvo VNL Delete Kit is non-invasive, this is achieved thanks to the original plugs that the emulator is equipped with. The plugs match the ones from the machine. Volvo DPF filter removal with the help of our emulator is fully safe to the engine and does not require any interference with the engine controller whatsoever. After installing the device, the diesel particulate filter must be removed.

How does the installation of the emulator and removal of DPF and SCR work?

Similarly to the installation in machines with just the DPF Volvo VNL Delete Kit must be connected using the plugs which the device is equipped with. Then disconnect the DEF pump controller and disconnect the nitrogen oxide sensors. Connect the Volvo VNL Delete Kit plug in the place of one of the NOx sensors, A detailed manual with a complete description of service steps is included in each order.

How does DPF regeneration work after filter removal?

The Volvo VNL Delete Kit simulates the operation of an efficiently working emission reduction system. The engine controller does not activate DPF regeneration because the signals generated by the Volvo VNL Delete Kit reports that the diesel particulate filter is in perfect condition.

Hitachi Isuzu DPF Delete Kit

Our Hitachi Isuzu DPF Delete Kit is an entirely non-invasive, plug and play emulator that completely eliminates both the particulate filter DPF and SCR/DEF Diesel Exhaust Fluid from Hitachi machines or any machine equipped with an Isuzu engine. Because of the original, matching plugs, the installation is quick and easy. Post installation, you won’t have to worry anymore about cleaning the DPF and adding Diesel Exhaust Fluid to your machine.

hitachi isuzu dpf+def delete kit – DEF BYPASS KIT

Below you will find basic 4DPF offer of Hitachi/Isuzu DPF Emulators.

Hitachi Isuzu DEF Delete Kit

HITACHI Isuzu DPF + DEF (SCR) Delete Kit.

This version of the emulator is designed for engines equipped with both Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) also called Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF/AdBlue) dosing system.

Similarly to the installation of the DPF only version of the emulator, the installation of our Diesel Particulate Filter + Diesel Exhaust Fluid emulator is based on matching plugs, meaning that it is a full plug and play installation. Iso CAN plug and plug joining the Selective Catalytic Reduction with the ECU have to be connected with our device. Additionally, Diesel Exhaust Fluid Tank fuse needs to be removed.

The installation of our Isuzu SCR/DEF delete kit is easy and can be performed under guidance of our technician on our tech support channel.

Our Isuzu DEF delete kit emulates a fully functional DEF tank, emulating both the level of the fluid in the tank, the pressure of the fluid in the tank and the nitrogen oxide sensors (Nox sensors)

DPF Delete Kit for Hitachi Isuzu

hitachi Isuzu DPF delete kit (DPF only)

Our Hitachi Isuzu DPF delete kit is a simple plug and play device that imitates the work of a fully functional DPF system. The installation is easy and can be done by anyone.

If you’re not a mechanic, our technician can guide you through the installation via our WhatsApp tech support channel.
Find more details on our Isuzu DPF delete kit below.

Installation of the emulator is completely non-invasive, as the delete kit’s plugs match the original plugs installed on the machine.

Our Hitachi Isuzu DPF delete kit is entirely safe to the engine and makes no changes to the engine control unit (ECU). It just communicates with the ECU, sending the same signals an original DPF system does.
With our delete device, Hitachi Isuzu DPF filter removal can be safely performed without any need for engine controller interference. Once the device is installed, the diesel particulate filter (DPF) must be removed.

Frequently asked questions

How does the emulator installation and DPF removal work?

Installation of the device is non-invasive, this is achieved thanks to the original plugs that the emulator is equipped with. The plugs match the ones from the machine. Hitachi/Isuzu DPF filter removal with the help of our emulator is fully safe to the engine and does not require any interference with the engine controller whatsoever.

Frequently asked questions

How does the emulator installation and DPF removal work?

Installation of the device is non-invasive, this is achieved thanks to the original plugs that the emulator is equipped with. The plugs match the ones from the machine. CAT DPF filter removal with the help of our emulator is fully safe to the engine and does not require any interference with the engine controller whatsoever. After installing the device, the diesel particulate filter must be removed. As our device works as a bypass it is not required to program anything or even use a computer as our CAT DPF bypass kit is not the same as as Caterpillar DPF delete software.

Volvo DPF Delete KIT

Volvo DPF & DPF+DEF Emulator

Volvo DPF & DPF+DEF Delete KIT

Our Volvo delete kit is a quick and easy to install DPF or DPF and DEF emulator that fully deletes the emission from your Volvo engine. The installation of our Volvo DPF delete kit is very fast as it is a one plug device. No reprogramming, no computer needed, fully reversible.
Forget about DPF cleaning and DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) after replacing just one plug!

Volvo DPF Delete KIT – Basic offer

Below you will find basic 4DPF offer of Volvo DPF Emulators.

Volvo DPF+DEF Emulator

Volvo DPF+DEF Emulator

Volvo DPF+SCR / DEF Delete Kit – this version of our Volvo delete kit is meant for the machines and engines equipped with both the DPF (diesel particulate filter) and the SCR/DEF (diesel exhaust fluid). After the installation of our device it is no longer required to add DEF/AdBlue. The fluid from the tank can be drained and our Volvo DEF delete kit will still indicate that the tank is filled with the fluid. The device is fully safe to the engine and can be installed in machines with faulty sensors. The installation process is the same as with our Volvo DPF delete kit, the ACM plug has to be fixed with our device.

Volvo DPF Emulator

Volvo DPF Emulator

Volvo DPF Delete Kit – this device is meant for the machines and engines which are equipped with just the DPF (diesel particulate filter), so machines without the SCR system and without the DEF tank. With the use of an original plug the installation is non-invasive and completely safe to the engine. Our Volvo DPF Delete Kit emulates all the sensors so even with a faulty sensor the DPF delete in Volvo is still possible. The installation is simple and requires plugging the device in place of the ACM (aftertreatment control module) plug.

Frequently asked questions

How does the emulator installation and DPF removal work?

Installation of the device is non-invasive, this is achieved thanks to the original plugs that the emulator is equipped with. The plugs match the ones from the machine. Volvo DPF filter removal with the help of our emulator is fully safe to the engine and does not require any interference with the engine controller whatsoever. After installing the device, the diesel particulate filter must be removed.

How does the installation of the emulator and removal of DPF and SCR work?
