DPF particulate filter / SCR removal in CATERPILLAR engines.

A non-invasive solution to remove the particulate filter without interfering with the electrical system of the CAT machine. The DPF particulate filter emulator and SCR is equipped with a wiring harness, which has original plugs. Installation on a plug & play basis.

Repair by removal of DPF and DPF with SCR (DEF).

Repairing the diesel particulate filter system involves connecting an emulator. Then remove the DPF filter by drilling it out or installing a regular muffler. The repair eliminates the failure of such elements of the exhaust system as:

  • DEF Pump
  • Inlet / Outlet NOx sensors
  • Catalyst / DPF temperature sensors
  • DPF Differential pressure sensor
  • DEF tank temperature and level sensor.

After removing the DPF (or DPF + SCR) the engine regains power. The regeneration of the particulate filter is not visible to the user. There is no need to refuel the diesel particulate filter when it is stationary. In machines equipped with an SCR system, there is no need to add AdBlue fluid (DEF).

Supported engine models: C3.3 / C3.4 / C3.8 / C4.4 / C7.1 / C9.3 / C13 / C15 / C18 / Perkins 1204F (CAT C4.4 with Perkins badge on it)
