Das Deutz DPF Delete Kit (auch Deutz AdBlue/SCR Delete Kit) ist bei weitem die beste Möglichkeit, das Emissionssystem in Maschinen mit Deutz-Motoren sicher zu deaktivieren. Der Deutz-Motor-Emulator ermöglicht eine nahtlose Deaktivierung des DPF (Dieselpartikelfilters) sowie des AdBlue-Systems, auch bekannt als SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction). Der Installationsprozess besteht darin, die Sensoren am Motor zu trennen und sie durch die Stecker aus dem Kabelbaum des Emulators zu ersetzen.
Diese Installationsmethode stellt sicher, dass das Deutz DPF Delete Kit vollständig rückrüstbar ist. Die Maschine kann jederzeit problemlos in den Originalzustand zurückversetzt werden, indem das Gerät einfach entfernt wird. Keine DPF-Regenerationen mehr und keine Probleme mit dem AdBlue-/SCR-System.
Die Installation des Deutz DPF Delete Kits erfordert keinen Computer und es ist keine Neuprogrammierung erforderlich. Sie müssen uns Ihr ECU (Engine Control Unit) nicht zusenden und es sind keine Änderungen an der originalen Motorsoftware notwendig. Deutz DPF+SCR-Entfernungssatz
Deutz DPF+SCR/AdBlue Delete Kit – Diese Version des Deutz AdBlue Delete Kits ist für Deutz-Motoren vorgesehen, die sowohl mit einem DPF als auch mit einem SCR/AdBlue-System ausgestattet sind. Die Installation besteht darin, 9 Sensoren zu trennen und das Gerät anstelle dieser Sensoren anzuschließen. Die Stecker entsprechen den Anschlüssen der Maschine, wodurch die Installation vollständig Plug & Play erfolgt.
Dazu gehört das Trennen von drei Temperatursensoren – zwei am Dieselpartikelfilter (DPF) und einer auf der AdBlue-/SCR-Seite. Weitere zu trennende Sensoren sind der Stecker des AdBlue-Injektors, zwei Differenzdrucksensoren, zwei CAN-BUS-Stecker (einer für den Diagnoseport und der andere für den NOx-Sensor), sowie der Stecker der AdBlue-Pumpe.
Beide NOx-Sensoren müssen getrennt werden, jedoch wird das Gerät nur an einen von ihnen angeschlossen. Nach dem Trennen der Sensoren muss das Deutz DPF+SCR/AdBlue Delete Kit anstelle der Sensoren angeschlossen werden. Dadurch kann das Gerät sowohl das DPF‑ als auch das AdBlue-/SCR‑System digital ersetzen und somit die physischen Emissionssysteme durch einen virtuellen Bypass ersetzen.
Die Maschine kann jederzeit sicher in den Originalzustand zurückversetzt werden, indem der Emulator entfernt und die Sensoren wieder angeschlossen werden. Die Plug‑and‑Play‑Installation gewährleistet eine sichere und nicht‑invasive Montage, die vollständig rückrüstbar ist. Nach der Installation des Deutz DPF/AdBlue Delete Kits können Sie Probleme mit dem DPF sowie das Nachfüllen von AdBlue vergessen. DEUTZ DPF-ENTFERNUNGSKIT
Deutz DPF Delete Kit – Diese Variante des Deutz DPF Delete Kits ist für Deutz-Motoren vorgesehen, die mit einem Dieselpartikelfilter (DPF), jedoch noch nicht mit einem SCR/AdBlue-System ausgestattet sind. Die Installation des Deutz DPF Delete Kits ist sogar einfacher als die Installation des Deutz AdBlue Delete Kits. Der Grund dafür ist, dass viele der Anschlüsse, die beim Deutz AdBlue Delete erforderlich sind, bei der DPF-only-Version des Deutz-Motors nicht vorhanden sind. Das bedeutet, dass die Installation des Deutz DPF Delete Kits nicht 9, sondern nur 4 Anschlüsse umfasst.
Die Installation des Deutz DPF Delete Kits umfasst das Trennen von zwei Temperatursensoren, einem Differenzdrucksensor und dem CAN‑BUS‑Diagnoseport. Nach dem Trennen der Sensoren muss der Deutz‑Emulator an deren Stelle angeschlossen werden.
