SCR+DPF emulator for machines like excavators, bulldozers, dumpers Komatsu / Cummins is our latest solution in this segment. The service consists in complete disabling of the emission reduction system.

Komatsu Tier IV and Cummins Euro 6 engines are equipped with selective catalytic reduction (SCR/DEF) and DPF.

In the event of a failure of the SCR or DPF system, there is a possibility that the vehicle will be blocked, which can result in great losses, not only financial. Emulator allows to avoid such situations.

 

Our device disables such items as:
- urea dosing pump (DEF)
- heaters,
- NOx sensors,
- temperature sensors,
- diesel particle filter (DPF)

Komatsu SAA6D114E-5 engine is equipped with KDPF system (Komatsudiesel particulate filter).
